Palo Verde Crocodile Safari

The Palo Verde Crocodile Safari begins with pick up at your hotel. The scenic drive along the way will have us passing papaya , sugar cane and melon fields. Upon arrival, you’ll board a covered, motorized river boat and cruise the Tempisque river. Along the way you’ll observe sunbathing crocodiles, diverse species of birds, huge iguanas, howler and white faced monkeys and more up close and personal.

If luck is on your side, the wild monkeys and crocodiles will come right to the boat!
Enjoy a traditional family style Costa Rican meal with a natural fruit beverage after your riverboat ride.

See the last decedents of the Mayans (Chorotegas) continue their tradition of making hand made pottery from the natural clays of the earth and have the opportunity to purchase irreplaceable handmade Costa Rican pottery directly from the artist.
